Deep Fried

• Deep fry in pre-heat oil at 180°c for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

• Drain well before serving

Conventional Oven

• Preheat oven to 220°c. Place frozen fish fillet on a baking rack above a shallow tray and bake for 9-11 minutes.

• Turn over the fish fillet after 6 minutes.
